Seven individual advertisements give you concrete starting points in Cambuí, Taquaral and Barão Geraldo. They do not establish a city average. The publishers leave rent and condominium billing periods unstated, even where tax or shared-cost periods are explicit. Keep those distinctions in the written proposal. Compare the actual room, furniture, parking and occupancy terms before comparing totals.
- Individual offers. These are seven properties, not a neighborhood price index.
- Different tax periods. Some advertisements specify monthly IPTU. One Cambuí property quotes annual IPTU.
- Parking needs confirmation. A Barão Geraldo advertisement lists a space in its header but charges separately in its description.

AP250735 displays a total of US$766 (R$3,821.25). Its arithmetic matches rent plus condominium plus one twelfth of the annual tax, US$16 (R$79.25). That calculation does not establish a billing period for the other charges.7

Cabinets, a cooktop or air conditioning do not establish a fully furnished home. AP229812 and AP250735 advertise cabinetry. KI002851 names a refrigerator, stove and wardrobe. Inspect what stays in the unit.2,
Get a usable proposal
- Request the rent, condominium, IPTU, shared-cost and guarantee periods separately.
- Ask which occupant count the charge covers and which bills remain separate.
- Record the furniture inventory, parking arrangement, pet permission and handover date.
- Compare the cost components and account setup before committing.
Questions people ask
Are these Campinas rents monthly?
The seven publishers do not explicitly state the rent billing period in the published property details. Ask the agent to state it in the proposal. Explicit monthly IPTU or shared-cost wording does not make every other amount monthly.
Does AP204071 provide a furnished apartment?
Its description says fully furnished, but its unavailable-feature template lists appliances. Treat the furnishing as a claim to resolve with a signed inventory.
Why does the Taquaral yard apartment show two areas?
AP325540 gives 62 m² in its header and describes 169 m² of private space including a yard. Ask the agent for the interior measurement and yard measurement separately.
Can I take a pet to KI001249?
The publisher explicitly prohibits animals. Choose another property unless the agent provides a valid written change to that condition.
