Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA. We have not had an independent audit, so we do not claim full conformance.
What we have done
- Body text of at least 16 pixels, with strong color contrast
- Buttons, menus, and standalone links with targets of at least 44 pixels
- Keyboard access, visible focus, and focus that returns after dialogs close
- Layouts that work on phones, tablets, and laptops, and with larger text
- Reduced motion settings respected, with still images instead of films
- Films are decorative and silent, with a control that pauses them
Known limitations
We check pages in a current Chromium browser at phone, tablet, and laptop sizes. Safari, physical devices, and screen readers have not been fully tested yet.
Exported PDF files are not fully tagged for screen readers. Google sign-in and map services are provided by Google and follow Google's own accessibility work.
