One consultation of up to one hour and a written move plan, plus one round of follow-up questions.
Managed Move
$1,990 USDor $1,791 USD after your Plan credit
A named coordinator for 90 days of document, housing, and arrival coordination, for up to two adults, one city, and one residence route. Message your coordinator from My Area anytime. Includes the Plan package.
Renewal Support
$299 USD
Coordination for one returning applicant with a standard residence renewal. Independent professional review costs extra.
Requesting a package costs nothing. You see the fee, dates, and what's included in a written agreement before you pay.
How paying works
- Tell us about your move
Sign in and answer a few questions about your household, destination, and timing.
- We confirm the details in writing
We check that we can support your destination. Then we send the package, fee, support dates, and cancellation terms for you to review.
- You accept and pay
Accept the written agreement in My Area. We then send payment instructions, with any eligible Plan credit applied.
- Your consultation and written plan
We meet for your consultation, then add your written plan to My Area. Managed Move coordination starts on the dates in your agreement.
Costs paid to others
Professional legal and tax fees, government charges, translations, apostilles, rent, deposits, travel, shipping, and insurance are paid separately, to the people who provide them. My Area keeps these costs next to your service fee. We don't take commissions from providers.
More people or extra needs
Additional applicants, cities, residence routes, viewings, schooling, pets, and extra support time are quoted before work begins. You accept each quote in My Area before we start.
Where we offer support
Packages are set up for Santiago today. For other cities, we confirm providers, requirements, and fees before you pay.
Refunds
Before work begins, you can request a full refund. After work begins, we refund the part we have not delivered. Read our refund and cancellation policy.
