• I had more than 30 tabs open trying to figure out this move and still didn't know where to start! Having someone tell me what to do first helped so much. I asked a lot of questions and they were patient with me, and I felt much better by the time I booked my flight to go.

• Really glad I used them. There were a few things I hadn't thought of, especially with the paperwork. I liked knowing who to contact instead of chasing dozens of people. A couple of things took longer than expected, but they kept me updated. I'd use them again for sure.

• The help after I arrived was probably the most useful bit for me. You can research a lot online, but it's different when you're actually there trying to find somewhere to live. I had someone to ask when I wasn't sure about things. That made the first few weeks a lot easier and our family is grateful.
