IBGE identifies Barueri as municipality 3505708 in São Paulo. Its four district records are Barueri, Aldeia, Jardim Belval and Jardim Silveira. These administrative records are not a list of every neighborhood or a ranking of places to live.1

Compare homes on the same terms

The selected Splendya one-bedroom page asks US$902 (R$4,500) per month. Its three-bedroom page asks US$1,804 (R$9,000) per month including condominium and IPTU. Capital's Bethaville offer lists separate charges without stating their billing periods. These are individual offers, not area averages.3,4,5,6

ViaMobilidade lists Barueri station at Praça São João Batista 30 and identifies its bus-terminal integration as paid. Antonio João station offers onward buses toward Alphaville. Walk the actual station entrance and last part of the route, then check the working-day return in getting around.8,9

Families should settle the actual school place and care arrangements first. The municipal EMEI form records an enrollment intention based on the residential address. The regional St. Nicholas Alphaville campus is in Santana de Parnaíba. Read schools, family life and healthcare together.10,11,12

Choose a real work arrangement
