Which accounts should you arrange?

Ask SANASA about the actual account

SANASA's FAQ lists CPF and RG plus its FM108 declaration for a holder change. The agency route specifies a notarized signature on the request. It also states an account condition concerning arrears older than 30 days. Ask SANASA how that condition applies to the property before accepting responsibility for a balance.⁷

The operator publishes 0800 772 1195. Ask which foreign identity document it accepts in place of RG. For an invoice copy, the consumer code and CPF are useful. If you do not know the code, contact the operator with the property address.⁷

Change the electricity holder through the operator

CPFL's holder-change page directs customers moving home or changing the responsible occupant to its online service or CPFL Energia app. Ask the operator for the documents and account conditions that apply to the unit. This page does not establish an installation price, activation deadline or property voltage.⁴

KI002851 says electricity uses an individual meter and cooking gas is separate. KI001249 also leaves electricity extra. Those are property-specific arrangements, rather than citywide utility prices.^1,5
