Before paying a housing commitment

Ask the agency for the current offer, lease term, permitted use, guarantee, insurance and any fee. The three Colmeia examples leave condominium and IPTU periods unstated. The Financial house has a published monthly total, but its current bill and any additional compulsory charge still need the written contract.8,9,10,11
