Read the actual municipal instrument
Campo Grande Law 7.615, dated April 17, 2026 and published in DIOGRANDE 8.294 on April 22, creates a municipal women's-protection policy. Article 2(III) reserves the described restroom use to "mulheres biológicas". Article 3 authorizes municipal adaptations and inspection of private establishments; Article 4 provides for executive regulation.1
The instrument matters for a transgender newcomer's actual facilities. It does not by itself establish an observed inspection, fine, criminal offense or every private venue's present practice. Ask a qualified local adviser about the law, any subsequent regulation or court order, and the actual facility you need.1
Keep the challenge separate from a ruling
ANTRA's July 23, 2026 announcement says ANTRA and ABGLT brought ADPF 1346 to challenge the municipal law and sought interim and final relief. That is the organizations' account of their filing, not an adjudicated outcome.2
The guide does not establish the case's current disposition or that the law has been suspended. Obtain a current court and legal check before relying on that assumption. A challenge, a requested injunction and a granted order are different facts.1,
