Read the first bill and installation terms
Unetvale's Bombinhas page says the commitment is 12 months. It says the first bill combines the previous prorated period and the current month. Ask for the actual first-bill date and amount, plus the cancellation terms, before treating a quoted monthly plan as the whole arrival cost.1
The same page gives conflicting installation descriptions of 24 business hours and an average of three business days. Get an address-specific installation date in writing. It publishes sales at 47/48 3263 8700 and support at 47/48 3263 8777.1
Test the home as a workplace
- Run a real call from the proposed desk and try a wired connection if possible.
- Check upload performance, noise and Wi-Fi coverage in the room you will use.
- Test an independent backup connection and power arrangement.
- Ask who holds the internet contract and pays the bill.

Its requirements include proof of that work, Brazil-valid health insurance and income of at least US$1,500 per month or funds of US$18,000. Its local page says the first bill includes the previous prorated period plus the current month. Ask for the dates and amount in your own contract.
Can I rely on installation within 24 business hours?
The Unetvale page also gives an average of three business days. Because those descriptions conflict, ask for a confirmed date at the actual address.
Does the remote-work income threshold prove I can afford Bombinhas?
