Bombinhas relocation guide
Where to live in Bombinhas
Choose a service base, then test the home and journey.

The short answer
Bombinhas neighborhood choices become clearer when you attach an address to the decision. Bombas has a rental example and the UPA. Centro has school and primary-care leads. José Amândio offers a semi-furnished rental and a municipal school. Mariscal and Canto Grande bring different school, care and outdoor anchors. None of those facts substitutes for checking the particular street and the journey you will make every day.
- Use actual service addresses to narrow the search.
- The Ribeiro boardwalk links beaches but does not certify every approach as step-free.
- The street map covers a selected peninsula frame, not every neighborhood boundary.
Compare local anchors
| Area | Useful anchor | Decision to test |
|---|---|---|
| Bombas | L1632 rental, UPA on Avenida Falcão and CEIT Leonel de Moura Brizola | Home-to-school or care trip, summer traffic and actual bus boarding point |
| Centro | UBS on Rua Salmão and EBM Dona Dilma Mafra | Service access from the exact home |
| José Amândio | L1307 semi-furnished rental and EBM Pequeno Príncipe | Furnishing costs and the school journey |
| Mariscal | UBS on Avenida Diamante and early-childhood directory lead | Care access and childcare placement |
| Canto Grande | EBM Edith Willecke and Morro do Macaco entrance | Daily school travel before choosing around an outing |
Try the connection you would use
The municipality describes the Ribeiro deck as about 800 meters linking Bombas, Ribeiro and Bombinhas, with lighting and benches. It says the project improves accessibility. That is useful infrastructure context, but it does not establish the current surface, every entrance or a continuous step-free route from your home.1
Use the actual municipal bus departures for a longer journey. A neighborhood name on the circuit is not a promise that the bus stops outside the home. Walk to the boarding point and try the trip at the hour you need.16
Read the map within its limits

Selected roads, streams and closed parks appear in the map. Western Zimbros and several outer beaches are outside the frame. The sea and coastline are intentionally omitted, along with official neighborhood boundaries and transit. Use the map for street relationships, not beach access, flood risk or a rental pin.3,
Make the final choice inside the home
- Check the actual furnishing inventory and every payment period.
- Listen from the bedroom and work area at the hours you need quiet.
- Inspect stairs, elevator access, drainage and the route from parking.
- Ask how the building manages visitors and shared areas during summer.
For a family, settle the placement question before a lease deadline. Use the municipal school contacts. For retirement, test care access and the home entrance first.
Questions people ask
Which area has the UPA?
The municipal page places the UPA at Avenida Falcão 755 in Bombas. That address is a useful care anchor. It does not prove equal travel time from every part of Bombas.
Is the Ribeiro boardwalk fully accessible?
The municipality says it improves accessibility, but the page does not establish a current continuous step-free route from every approach. Inspect the entrances, slope, surface and crowd conditions that matter to you.
Does the map cover all of Zimbros?
No. Western Zimbros lies outside this selected peninsula frame. The map also omits official boundaries, coastline and transit routes.
Which rental example is in José Amândio?
Siframar L1307 is at Rua Guaxinim 602. It describes a semi-furnished two-bedroom annual lease and an elevator. The rent billing period and the full access route still need confirmation.
