Resolve the bill before reserving
For AP0093-ALIM, ask whether the agreed monthly figure is US$1,002 (BRL 5,000) or US$1,042 (BRL 5,200). For AP0082-ALIM, the panel separates US$220 (BRL 1,100) condominium, with no individual billing period stated, and US$273 (BRL 1,362) IPTU per month. It then shows a US$2,097 (BRL 10,462) monthly package. The description says the US$1,603 (BRL 8,000) rent already includes both charges. Do not add the charges again or select one version yourself.7,
Ask the agent to put the final rent, each charge, billing period, included services and payment due date in the proposed lease. Match that document to the exact listing code. A screenshot of the headline will not resolve a contradictory contract.
Inspect for the Belém routine
