A tariff component is useful evidence. Your actual meter, taxes, heating and water bill determine the complete household cost.

The short answer

EPEC's tariff published October 2 applies from October 1, 2026. A 200 kWh ordinary unsubsidized residential example gives US$38 (ARS 57,064.76) in fixed and energy charges before additional taxes and levies. A complete current combined electricity, gas and water model was not verified. The calculator therefore keeps a clearly dated July utility allowance, rather than presenting that allowance as an October apartment bill.

  • The current EPEC schedule applies from October 1, 2026.
  • The 200 kWh tariff-component example is US$38 (ARS 57,064.76).
  • The combined allowance starts from a July 2026 benchmark.
  • Actual current gas and water bills remain property checks.

Read the tariff band before calculating

For ordinary unsubsidized residential consumption above 120 kWh and up to 500 kWh, EPEC lists a fixed monthly charge of US$2 (ARS 2,948.6141), US$0.17 (ARS 250.30482) for each first 120 kWh and US$0.20 (ARS 300.99460) for each additional kWh. These are tariff components, rather than final bills.2

The combined low allowance is rounded to the nearest ARS 1,000, then applies explicit upper multipliers. This is a transparent historical scenario, not a verified October combined bill. Current water and gas models remain gaps.3

Personal lists Córdoba Capital among its fiber service cities. It still asks for the actual address. A landlord's claim that internet exists cannot prove that your room has a stable work connection.5

Ask for actual statements before signing

  1. Get recent bills

Inspect the electricity, gas, water and building statements for the actual unit.

  2. Identify heating and meters

Ask which fuel heats the water and rooms and whether meters are individual.

  3. Confirm the tariff profile

Read the customer class and subsidy position rather than borrowing another household's bill.

  4. Check liability

Confirm connection, arrears, standing charges and repair responsibilities in writing.

  5. Test connectivity

Use the operator's address check and obtain the regular monthly internet price.

Questions people ask

When does the current captured Córdoba EPEC tariff apply?

From October 1, 2026. EPEC published the retained schedule on October 2.

What does the Córdoba 200 kWh electricity example measure?

Fixed and energy components for the ordinary unsubsidized band. It excludes additional taxes, levies and household-specific charges.

Is ARS 57,064.7605 a guaranteed Córdoba electricity bill?

No. It is the unrounded component calculation. The final property bill needs its actual tariff class and additional charges.

Can a foreign newcomer assume an EPEC subsidy?

No eligibility was established. Check the current subsidy procedure and actual meter profile.

Why does the Córdoba budget use July utilities?

A complete current combined gas, water and electricity model was not verified. The historical allowance keeps its period and explicit multipliers.

Does the July Córdoba utility benchmark specify the apartment's consumption?

The retained table does not. It cannot establish the bill for your home or its heating system.

Which bills should I request before renting in Córdoba?

Recent electricity, gas, water and expensas statements for the actual unit. Confirm meters, heating fuel, arrears and liability.

Does Personal's Córdoba city listing establish installation at every address?

No. The operator requires an address check. Confirm installation timing and the regular price before depending on the connection.
