Dollar comparisons use the Central Bank of Brazil October 9, 2026 PTAX selling quote of R$4.9892 per US$1. Figures below US$10 retain cents. Other rent and monthly fees round to whole dollars. Components are added in reais before conversion; your exchange rate and fees will differ.5

The descriptions change the comparison

Braga AP1480 describes a furnished two-bedroom apartment with an elevator, one parking space and accepted pets. Peró CA2208 has three bedrooms, one parking space and a furnishing listed in its features. Ask for the actual inventory, condition and shared-facility rules rather than treating furnished as a complete setup.1,2

Centro AP1506 lists two bedrooms and an office that its description says could serve as another room. It is not advertised as a formal three-bedroom count. Its elevator, parking and shared amenities may matter more than floor area if you work at home or move with children.4

Centro SO0001 is a furnished one-bedroom sobrado, but the description promotes consulting rooms and offices. Ask whether the owner and building permit your proposed residential use. No listed condominium figure does not prove that every shared charge is zero.3

    Ask whether the exact property is still available, its lease term and the monthly package in the written contract.

  2. Price the start

    Request the deposit or other guarantee, agency fees, first payment date, inventory and any required insurance. These offers do not price a complete entry cost.

  3. Resolve the bills

    Ask which services have separate meters and accounts, how condominium and IPTU are billed, and who pays repairs and shared adjustments.

  4. Inspect the ordinary home

    Test ventilation, damp, drains, locks, noise, parking and internet installation. Check the entrance and the trip you would repeat after dark.

Choose the home and the week together

A Peró house, a Braga apartment and a central sobrado answer different needs. Try the actual care, school and work trips before treating a package difference as savings. Tamoios has a separate district routine; these four offers do not establish Tamoios rents.8,9,10
