A June 5, 2025 launch notice names 363 Santo Antônio to Agrisa and 361 Santo Antônio to Gargoá within the Tamoios program. It describes service including weekends and holidays at launch. It does not establish today's full frequency or a timed connection to your destination.3

Auto Viação 1001 identifies the Alexis Novellino bus terminal on Av Júlia Kubitschek, without a street number, Centro. Check the departure, boarding point, ticket conditions and luggage for the actual date. Confirm the fare, boarding point and return before paying for the actual trip.5
The operator's boarding guidance recommends arriving at least 45 minutes before departure, or 60 minutes on holidays and their eves. It warns about summer congestion and possible platform changes. Add the home-to-terminal journey and any onward connection buffer yourself; these are not flight-connection guarantees.6
