Read the charge beside the price
The heated one-bedroom lists a building charge of US$33 (ARS 50,000), but gives no billing period. The studio prints $50,000 without naming its currency or period. The south apartment has an unpriced annual building charge. Do not turn those into a common monthly total.1,
