Pinar del Norte is at Alameda 202 and Calle 303. The long-distance terminal is in the south, on Circunvalación between Paseos 139 and 145. Use those published addresses for your own route check.6,
Walk the route that matters
Choose a school stage in the school guide and a care contact in the medical guide. Then compare the lease, service accounts and your transport options. A remote worker should test the exact room and connection.
The official tourism brochure names Mar de las Pampas, Las Gaviotas and Mar Azul separately from Villa Gesell. Do not assume that a search result from those localities has the same school or hospital route.4

Does north mean the safest part of the city?
No comparable neighborhood crime rate supports that ranking here. Use the actual address, building condition and route when assessing a home.
Does the map cover every south-area apartment?
No. It is a bounded central street map. Use the published full address and a current route check for a home beyond that frame.
Are the two Pasaje Costanera Norte offers the same apartment?
They share number 63, but describe different layouts and rents. Ask for the exact unit and listing code.
Can I treat Mar Azul as a city neighborhood?
Official tourism lists it as a separate locality within the municipality. Evaluate its services and travel route on that basis.
