Separate current contacts from construction
The October 8, 2026 municipality notice says construction of the Porte II Rasa UPA was awarded. It describes future twenty-four-hour facilities at Avenida José Bento Ribeiro Dantas 8, Rasa. Those planned facilities do not establish an opened UPA or current pediatric and imaging capacity.3
The municipal contact page also names a Rasa urgent-care post but gives different street descriptions in its directory and FAQ. Ask the Health Secretariat to confirm the current receiving service and precise entrance before relying on that destination.2
Arrange registration and continuing care
The Ministry of Health explains migrant access to SUS. Ask the local unit which identification, address information and registration steps it accepts for your situation. The Health Secretariat directs routine appointment questions to the neighborhood unit or its own administrative service.2,
For children, the August 25, 2026 notice says routine vaccination continues at neighborhood UBS Monday to Friday. Bring the vaccination record if available and ask the team about the actual review and appointment. A past campaign date is not today's extended-hours clinic.5
For continuing treatment, settle the receiving clinician, prescriptions, medicine availability, follow-up and referral travel before arriving. If using a private plan, check ANS guidance, the actual contract, waiting periods and the named local network. Do not rely on a broad national provider list as local acceptance.6,
