Let the school place lead the routine

Ask SEMED about the child's grade, shift, actual school place and foreign documents. Later 2026 entry uses the current coordination process after the main dates. Creche registration remains open under the May instructions, with five days to confirm after an allocation is published. Keep that publication check in the move plan.^1,2,3

Ask the actual school about transport eligibility, pickup, return, meals and language support. A directory entry and an application do not guarantee those arrangements. Try the home-to-school journey at the times you would repeat it.¹

Arrange ordinary care before the first urgent need

The Health Secretariat directs routine appointment questions to the neighborhood unit or its own office. Ask which UBS serves the actual home and how the family registers. The August 2026 vaccination notice points children and adolescents to ordinary weekday UBS care; bring available vaccination records for the team's review.^4,5,6

Geribá's selected apartments are furnished with advertised cooling and condominium Wi-Fi. Rasa's selected house is unfurnished. Centro's selected larger home includes a private pool. Inspect actual equipment, steps, railings, bathrooms, windows, pool barriers, storage and maintenance allocation with your own household's needs.^10,11,12,13

Get resident, visitor and pet rules in the lease. Check the entrance, road crossing, lighting and parking or boarding point with the stroller, bags or mobility equipment you use. A room count or parking space does not establish accessibility.^10,12

Choose the outing and return together

The tourism authority describes agitated surf at Geribá and wind at Rasa. Ask about current conditions and supervision for the actual activity; shallow water alone does not establish safe swimming. Rasa's limited food infrastructure also makes supplies and the return worth planning.^14,15

For an ordinary central walk, Rua das Pedras and Orla Bardot are official visitor leads. Check the actual approach, steps, shade and return. Read schools, healthcare, rent and weekends with the family's routine.^16,17
