Working and living around Cidade Nova, Belo Horizonte

Desk lists Rua Nelson Soares de Faria 235 among its three BH units. Day use starts at US$14 (R$70) and its shared monthly plan is US$110 (R$549). The provider publishes Monday to Friday hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with exceptions to confirm. Ask about the particular seat and booking.^1,2

The published contacts include +55 31 3236 1400 and WhatsApp +55 31 98466 9833. Ask about private calls, meeting rooms, actual access, cancellation notice and what the chosen plan includes. Ask for the cancellation notice even when a plan has no 12-month lock-in.¹

Use your own laptop, headset and ordinary calls. Check the seat, background sound, outlets, meeting arrangements and connection during the hours you will work. A provider's link description is not a measured result for your calls.¹

Try the trip from a serious home candidate and the return after the planned workday. Check the actual stop, crossings and entrance. Cidade Nova is outside this guide's selected street-map frames, so the map should not be used as complete local coverage.^1,3,4

Get an address-specific internet quote, including upload, equipment, installation, commitment and the price after any promotion. A BH-wide provider offer does not confirm service at the home. Ask the lease about home use and any building rules affecting calls or clients.^5,6

Find routine care through the complete residential address using 156 or BHMap. If children are moving, settle the actual school place and day before treating a useful desk location as the whole household decision.^7,8

The selected workspace does not establish a Cidade Nova rental average, safety ranking or complete workspace inventory. Read coworking, remote work, rent, healthcare and getting around alongside the trial and home visit.^1,9
