Ask for the rent currency, billing period, deposit, fees, adjustment schedule and included services. Request separate prices for your first stay and any extension. If you will be in town during Enero Tilcareño, Carnival or Holy Week, name those dates explicitly. Inspect how the bedroom and bathroom are heated, how the heater is ventilated and who supplies its fuel. Run the hot water and ask about storage if the supply stops. Look at the approach to the entrance, drainage and any steps. A photograph of the mountain view cannot answer those questions.^1,5,6

EJESA lists a Tilcara office at Belgrano 531. Agua Potable de Jujuy has separate procedures for changing an account holder and installing a tenant's meter. Ask the owner which account and meter serve your unit, whether the bill is shared and who can request repairs. Photograph the readings at handover and record any existing balance separately.^3,7

For school, use the campus address for your child's grade. Escuela 7 is listed on Rivadavia, while Casanova's primary and secondary entries have different addresses. If you need regular hospital visits, confirm the appointment and journey before choosing a distant home. Ask the owner how you would reach the property after heavy rain and where a vehicle can stop safely.^1,2,4
