EDEA account name changes
EDEA's published guide asks for the supply or account number, the DNI, and proof of occupation or possession. Ask whether your lease provides the accepted evidence. Ask what alternatives apply if you do not yet have the requested local document.4
Its electrical-load certificate requirement applies when three-phase supply is needed. Commercial accounts have additional tax and municipal paperwork. Those conditions should not be presented as documents every ordinary residential tenant must obtain.4
OSSE new water or sewer connections
OSSE's virtual-office connection guide asks for an OSSE bill, both sides of the DNI, property or possession documentation and a front-of-property photograph. Its example documents include a deed, purchase agreement or loan-for-use agreement.6
Properties with at least 120 m² of covered area or two floors need construction and sanitary plans marked VISADO/COLEGIADO. Ask OSSE which endorsements are required. This is a connection procedure, not a published standard tenant transfer fee or a complete household water bill.6

Does every apartment need a three-phase certificate?

Will the studio use gas for hot water?
