Documents and payments to settle
Ask Leonarda for the lease length, starting and adjustment dates, deposit, fees and guarantee requirements. The advertisements do not quote the full amount due before moving in. Show the agent your actual income and identity documents before paying for checks or a reservation.6,

Las Grutas Alquila posts a 30% reservation payment with the remaining 70% paid at arrival. Its reservation payment is nonrefundable, with date changes subject to availability. Posted check-in starts at 3 p.m. and check-out is by 10 a.m. These are its temporary-rental conditions.10
Municipal visitor advice recommends booking ahead in high season and long weekends. It also warns against renting from street solicitors and directs visitors to tourism offices. Ask who manages the property and what receipt and cancellation terms you receive.9

Does the advertised amount apply per month?
The agency advertises these as annual rentals with monthly prices. Ask how long the starting rent applies and how it changes.
How much cash do I need to move in?
The full annual move-in payment is unknown. Add the confirmed first rent, deposit, fees, guarantees and any service costs after the agent quotes them. Do not use the temporary booking percentage as the annual deposit.
Is the listed size covered floor area?
The advertisement gives a size but does not identify it as covered floor area. Ask for the covered and outdoor areas separately.
Does unit 14 sleep four or six?
The description says up to four people, while structured occupancy says six. Ask the agent to clarify the sleeping arrangement and permitted occupancy before reserving.
Will the agency accept foreign guarantees?
The advertisements do not confirm that. Send your actual proposed documents to the agent and obtain an answer before paying.
