A local address does not settle residence, driving or pet-entry documents. Use the responsible national authority for those rules and confirm your own circumstances.

Settle the commitments that determine the move
Before paying for housing
Ask Leonarda about the exact unit's availability, lease period, summer occupancy, rent changes, deposit, fees, guarantees, pets and included bills. Resolve unit 14's conflicting occupancy figures before signing. The BCRA comparison is not a promised exchange rate for your payment.4,
Inspect entrances, steps, doors, water storage, heating and the work space you need. Test the internet at the unit. Ask for recent complete bills and a written allocation of service and repair costs.7,
School, care and travel
Contact the actual school about the grade, documents, place, schedule and support. A San Antonio Oeste campus creates a different journey from a Las Grutas school. Confirm the bus route and concession documents with TLG.1,
Arrange ongoing treatment with the hospital or your chosen provider. Confirm appointments, documents, communication and possible charges. Check the hospital bus for your actual date, including the return trip.5,
Driving and bringing a pet
National visitor guidance gives international permits under the Inter-American Convention one year from issuance. National licenses from Geneva or Vienna contracting states have a maximum of one year from entry. Check the document, nationality and visitor-status requirements, then confirm local and rental-company acceptance. Residents must check licensing separately.2
SENASA requires a health certificate issued within 10 days before the international veterinary certificate, or CVI, is issued. That health-certificate clock is tied to CVI issuance.10
Internal and external parasite treatment must occur within 15 days before CVI issuance or official passport endorsement. Keep that passport alternative separate from the CVI-only health-certificate rule. An ordinary vaccination booklet is not an officially endorsed pet passport.10
SENASA also sets rabies and document conditions. A first rabies vaccination requires at least 21 days before entry. Its stated CVI travel validity is 60 days while rabies vaccination remains valid. Ask the exporting authority and carrier about the actual journey. Confirm rental pet permission and local beach restrictions separately.10,

When should my pet receive its health certificate?
SENASA requires it within 10 days before CVI issuance. Coordinate that veterinary visit with the authority issuing the CVI.
What is the parasite-treatment deadline?

Can I bring my dog to the beach after arriving?
No. National entry documents, the landlord's permission and local beach rules are separate. Municipal advice prohibits pets on beaches within Bahía de San Antonio.
