Elektro asks the incoming customer to resolve their own outstanding distributor debts. Sabesp asks for identity and a link to the property. Electricity holder change with Elektro
Neoenergia Elektro offers holder changes online or at a store. For an individual, its published list names RG and CPF, or CNH. Ask which foreign identity document it accepts before attending with a passport or residence document.3
The incoming customer must not have their own outstanding debt with the distributor. If the bill contains a previous occupant's debt, the provider asks for documents showing that the new customer is not responsible. That is not an instruction to pay the previous occupant's bill.3
