Inspect the details that change the comparison
A5829's header calls the apartment ground floor, while its feature list includes stairs. A7235 lists one parking space in the header, but its description specifies rotating parking. Neither detail proves a continuous step-free route or an individually reserved parking bay. Ask the agent to show the entrance and parking arrangement.9,
The Jaguaribe description identifies a furnished annual lease. Agree an inventory with photographs, including working appliances and heating equipment you expect to use. For A5829, ask exactly which items remain in the semifurnished home.4,
- Ask for the rent amount and billing frequency in the written offer.
- List condominium fees, IPTU and every separately billed service.
- Ask which guarantee the landlord accepts before organizing documents.
- Put furniture, pet permission, parking and any agreed repairs in writing.
Make the quote complete before committing
The two Akios ads require a rental guarantee without naming the accepted form. Their quoted amounts do not establish a complete move-in cost. Ask for the guarantee, payment schedule and any agency or service charges together.9,
