Federal Police guidance distinguishes temporary-visa registration within 90 days of entry from residence registration within 30 days of publication in the official gazette. The normal domicile-jurisdiction rule has exceptions. Check your actual route and appointment arrangements, including the trip beyond the village.¹⁴
