The municipality's February 2023 announcement describes Trilha Ecológica as a link between Estrada do Mucugê and Residencial Corais do Arraial. Use that location context to plan a walk, then confirm the present entrance and condition. An opening announcement does not tell you today's access.6
If Porto Seguro will be part of the week, try the crossing and the onward trip at the actual hours you need. Ferry schedules and vehicle fare bands are different things. Leave time for the whole journey, including the approach to the port and the return from it.7,

Work from the actual room and test the advertised cooling. Visit the home after rain if possible. A February 2026 municipal drainage report described a night without flooding on Estrada da Balsa and further work still being planned. That single report cannot settle drainage for a rental.4,

No. Its sleeping mezzanine uses stairs. Walk the entrance and inspect the layout before deciding whether it suits the household.
Does the map show neighborhood boundaries?
No. It shows selected original street and water context. Verify the actual address and entrance, then walk or travel the route.
How should I check Estrada da Balsa after rain?
Visit the actual approach and ask about the home's drainage and past water entry. A report about one night on the road cannot describe every property.
