The short answer

Permanent rentals here include houses with shared grounds and smaller apartments near the center. Three agent pages show how much the terms can vary. One gives a monthly amount and quarterly adjustments. Another contradicts its own headline. Treat each as a conversation starter, then obtain a dated quote naming the exact unit, currency, payment period and charges.

  • García's October house offer names monthly rent, a one-year lease and quarterly IPC adjustments.
  • The smaller Uruguay page has different headline and description amounts.
  • The two Uruguay pages share a property code. Ask the agent to identify the actual unit.

Turn the advertisement into one written offer

García describes a shared park, covered parking and a mezzanine reached from the living room. The listing says no pets. Its deposit amount is unstated. Ask which outdoor areas are private, what maintenance covers and how the IPC adjustment enters the contract.6

Both Uruguay pages use code CHA-192246. The larger page also disagrees on orientation, so do not choose it for afternoon light without visiting. Ask the agent to reconcile the smaller page's two rent amounts and specify what the building charges cover.4,5

For Champaquí, contact +54 3546 455219 or inmobiliariachampaqui@gmail.com. García publishes +54 9 3546 405577. Prepare questions about service accounts and pet permission before paying a reservation.4,5,6

Questions people ask

Is García's $800,000 asking rent in pesos?

The page names the monthly period and October 2026, but does not name the currency. Ask the agent to put the currency in the quote.

Which Uruguay price should I use?

The 38-square-meter description gives a monthly amount equivalent to US$461 (ARS 700,000) and shows $850,000 in its headline. Ask for a dated unit-specific quote before budgeting.

Can I bring a dog to the house with the shared park?

García's published conditions say no pets. The shared park does not override that restriction. Look for a different written agreement if you have an animal.

Are the Uruguay building charges monthly?

The pages explicitly name Argentine pesos for US$40 (ARS 60,000) and US$59 (ARS 90,000), but do not give their billing period. Confirm the period and included services.
