The rental and services
Before signing, review the written lease with the agent, including the term, rent adjustments, inventory, shared-facility fees and payment schedule. Both Catalán examples state a 12-month minimum. Ask for the currency, accepted guarantees, full initial total and recent private utility bills. Inspect heating, access and appliances at the exact unit.6,

Follow the EPET 12 secondary pre-enrollment instructions and wait for school confirmation before relying on a place. For ongoing care, contact the relevant facility about the current appointment route, documents, treatment, insurance and charges.5,
Pet entry timing
SENASA requires the health certificate within 10 days before the international veterinary certificate is issued. Internal and external parasite treatment must take place within 15 days before certificate issuance or official passport endorsement. These are separate clocks. Ask the issuing authority about the complete documents and vaccination conditions before travel.9
Driving after the move
Qualifying visitor licenses have different time limits. An international permit under the Inter-American convention is valid for one year from issuance. National licenses from Geneva or Vienna contracting states allow a maximum of one year from entry. Check resident licensing separately if you settle in Argentina.4
