The central Laudin ad gives about 86.16 m² total area, including 70.94 m² covered and 15.22 m² semi-covered. Those areas are different measures. Confirm the layout rather than treating total area as indoor space.⁴

Inspecting the home

Try the actual stairs, entrance, laundry and room arrangement. Bower lists a shared laundry and separate kitchen. Ask about pets, building rules and which costs are shared. Confirm internet at the address and request recent utility bills.^2,3,5

Does the Entre Ríos offer have an elevator?

The description says access to the second floor is by stairs. Check the entrance and all internal steps yourself if stairs affect your household.

How will the central rents change?

Laudin states four-monthly ICL adjustments. Bower states six-monthly ICL adjustments. Ask for the written calculation dates and starting amount in the exact lease.

Will the agent accept foreign income?
