The short answer

Near's Family plans advertise up to 50, 100 and 300 Mbps, with monthly prices starting at "$30,200". Near leaves the currency unnamed. All three are labeled asymmetric. IXFO's October 2026 offers also specify asymmetric service and monthly traffic allowances. Ask for upload speed, installation and the exact address before depending on either for work.

Near's 100 Mbps Family offer is "$35,500" monthly, while 300 Mbps is "$49,500".
Near asks customers in Itaembé Guazú to consult separately about prices.
IXFO lists monthly traffic allowances of 1,000, 2,500 or 5,000 GB for its advertised plans.
Advertised coverage and speed do not confirm the connection in a particular rental.

IXFO traffic and coverage

IXFO's October 2026 page lists up to 100 Mbps with 1,000 GB monthly traffic, 300 Mbps with 2,500 GB, and 600 Mbps with 5,000 GB. It labels the service asymmetric and subject to technical and geographic availability. Ask for the billing period, recurring price and what happens after the allowance.²

Do not treat a provider's Posadas or wider regional coverage as a guarantee for a building or apartment. Ask whether the landlord permits the installation, whether equipment remains with the home and how long activation takes.^2,3,4,5

Checking the actual workspace

Inspect power outlets, the room arrangement and noise during the hours you will work. Request recent electricity bills and test the current router connection. Ask the agent about the workspace and test the connection yourself.^3,4,5,6

Questions people ask

Are the advertised fiber speeds symmetric?

Near labels its Family plans asymmetric, and IXFO does the same for these offers. Ask for the upload speed and test it against your actual work needs.

Can I get the listed Near price in Itaembé Guazú?

The Family page asks customers there to consult separately. Request the current price and installation quote for the specific home.

Does IXFO advertise a traffic allowance?

Yes. Its October 2026 page lists monthly allowances from 1,000 to 5,000 GB across the three selected plans. Ask what happens after your plan's allowance.

How should I test an apartment connection?

Run the calls, uploads and downloads you actually need from the intended room. Check the provider account, equipment and installation arrangements with the landlord.

What initial internet costs should I ask about?

Near says to consult about installation and availability. Ask for equipment, activation, promotion duration and the ongoing price in the same written quote.
