The short answer
Both Dalmao apartments list an electric kitchen and a washing-machine connection. Those details do not price electricity or confirm every service connection. Ask for recent bills, the named providers, balances and account responsibilities. Obtain a separate home-internet quote, including setup and equipment.
- Get recent bills and provider names.
- Check connections, balances and account responsibility.
- Price internet setup and the full recurring bill.
Use the home's actual bills
Before handover
- Ask for recent electricity, water, gas and common-charge accounts that apply.
- Confirm the meter or shared-billing arrangement and any outstanding balance.
- Write down who opens, pays and closes each account.
- Check hot water, heating, kitchen appliances and the washing-machine connection.
Internet is a separate address check
Gapfiber advertises symmetric fiber with three-month auto-debit promotions. Confirm installation at the exact home, equipment, first bill, actual upload and price after the discount. Read the plan table and work checks.1
Questions people ask
How should I estimate the electricity bill?
Ask for recent bills and the metering arrangement. Consumption depends on the home, equipment and household use. An electric kitchen alone is not a cost estimate.
Which water or gas provider serves the home?
The rental ads do not settle the actual account arrangements. Ask the agency for the provider, connection and recent bill for that unit.
Should I include installation in the internet quote?
Yes. Ask about setup, equipment, activation, the first bill and the recurring price after any promotion.
