Neuquén relocation guide
Water, electricity and utilities in Neuquén
For an existing home, check its EPAS account and electricity meter first. An account-name change follows different steps from a new physical connection.

The short answer
EPAS publishes separate procedures for changing an account name and requesting a new water connection. CALF's customer manual directs an existing electricity-meter customer to Cambio de titularidad. Ask the landlord for account details, recent complete bills and the division of charges. Confirm the providers' current document requirements for your actual tenancy.
- EPAS account-name changes require identity and possession documents.
- A new water connection starts with a service-feasibility check.
- CALF separates an existing-meter name change from a new-service request.
- A complete electricity bill includes more than energy consumption.

EPAS account changes
EPAS lists DNI, the invoice or account number and a deed, purchase agreement or possession document for a change of account name. It gives commercial offices or catastroepas@gmail.com as starting channels. Ask which tenancy document it accepts in your circumstances.4
The Neuquén Capital directory gives the commercial office at Diagonal Alvear 55, with published hours of 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Its new-connection guidance starts with service feasibility and qualified professional involvement. This is separate from changing the account on an existing connection.3
CALF electricity procedures
CALF's customer manual directs customers to its online procedures portal. For an existing meter, it names Cambio de titularidad. For a new meter, it names Solicitud de servicio persona física. Confirm documents, current conditions and appointment timing with CALF.1
The manual describes fixed charges, consumption charges, taxes and other bill items. Ask for a complete recent bill rather than estimating electricity from a unit rate alone. Confirm the current tariff for your home with CALF.1
Included services and internet
Villa María says services are included, while Centro Oeste says they are extra. Ask exactly which accounts, limits and charges the lease covers. Arrange home internet for the actual address separately if it is not included.2,
