Choose dates around confirmed arrangements

Before paying for the rental

Send the agent your proposed income and guarantee documents. Request the lease, currency, rent period, adjustments, deposit terms and final agency invoice. Villa María prohibits pets. Centro Oeste's description says stairs, despite an accessibility tag. Inspect the actual unit.^6,7,8

Arrange school, care and work

Ask the school about your child's grade, language, schedule, support and full fees. Contact the actual care provider about records, prescriptions, appointments and payment. Obtain a confirmed internet offer and test your own calls.^2,5,9,10

Prepare utility accounts

Get the existing EPAS account and electricity-meter details from the landlord. EPAS and CALF publish separate account-change and new-service procedures. Ask which documents they need for your tenancy and retain copies of confirmed requests.^1,3,4

If you bring a pet

SENASA ties the health-certificate requirement to issuance of the international veterinary certificate, or CVI. The health certificate must be issued within ten days before the CVI. Parasite treatment must occur within fifteen days before CVI issuance or official passport endorsement.¹¹

A first rabies vaccination needs at least 21 days before entry. SENASA gives the CVI sixty days of travel validity while the rabies vaccination remains valid. An ordinary vaccination booklet is not an officially endorsed pet passport. Coordinate documents with the exporting authority and carrier, then obtain rental pet permission separately.^8,11

No. Entry documents and rental permission are separate. The selected Villa María complex explicitly prohibits pets.
