The short answer
Davitel advertises 300, 500 and 800 Megas home plans with symmetric fiber and WiFi 6 equipment. Its introductory prices are useful comparison points, but the cards and FAQ disagree about promotion length. Vallenet also lists Neuquén among its service locations. Ask each provider about the exact unit, then test upload, latency and your own calls.
- Davitel advertises symmetric connections, not independently measured performance.
- Its cards say eight-month discounts, while the FAQ describes twelve-month conditions.
- Installation timing depends on coverage and available network ports.
- A Vallenet coverage list does not confirm the chosen building.

Resolve the promotion and installation details
The Davitel FAQ describes discounts of 70% with credit-card debit, 40% with bank-account debit and 20% with other payment methods, lasting twelve months. It says installation is not waived for the third option. Those terms differ from the eight-month plan cards. Ask which complete offer applies to you.1
The FAQ describes normal installation within seven working days where coverage permits. Network-port expansion can take longer. The site's immediate-installation wording does not confirm your appointment.1
Vallenet coverage and plans
Vallenet advertises fiber plans labeled 300, 500 and 800 Megas, plus free installation and a 60% promotion without a complete plan-price table. It gives a basic 50MB tariff of $37,000 from September 2026. The published labels and individual offer need confirmation. Its Neuquén office is La Pampa 312, local 5.5

Questions people ask
Are the Davitel plans symmetric?
Davitel describes its fiber connection as symmetric. Actual performance, upload and reliable calls at your address remain unmeasured.
How long does the introductory price last?
The cards say eight months. The FAQ instead gives payment-dependent twelve-month discounts. Obtain the term and subsequent bill in writing.
Can I rely on immediate installation?
No appointment is confirmed. Davitel's FAQ describes seven working days under normal coverage conditions, with longer waits where network expansion is needed.
How do I check Vallenet coverage for a rental?
Give Vallenet the exact address and unit. Its city service list and La Pampa office do not confirm a connection at every building.
What time zone should my calendar use?
Use America/Argentina/Salta, the IANA zone that includes Neuquén Province.
