Utilities in Mina Clavero

CLEMiC handles electricity, while Cooperativa Aguas serves Mina Clavero and Villa Cura Brochero. The account task and paperwork depend on the actual home.

The short answer

CLEMiC publishes separate requirements for a new electricity connection and an account transfer. Its transfer guide asks for property or possession papers, authorization, municipal permission and DNI, with guarantees in some circumstances. Cooperativa Aguas provides water service in Mina Clavero and Villa Cura Brochero. Ask the owner which accounts are active and what must change.

  • CLEMiC's office is at Avenida San Martín 425 in Mina Clavero.
  • An existing meter transfer is different from installing a new supply.
  • The water cooperative's homepage provides bill access but no complete tenant-transfer quote.
  • Ask for recent bills, outstanding balances, required documents and any connection charges.

The transfer guide lists a salary, retirement or pension receipt, or a qualifying member guarantor, when the applicant lacks a deed. It includes additional papers for particular cases. Ask CLEMiC which requirement applies to your tenure and whether it accepts your foreign documents.5

Water and household bills

Cooperativa Aguas identifies itself as the drinking-water concessionaire for Mina Clavero and Villa Cura Brochero. Its homepage links bill access and payment. Ask it about the account holder, any transfer papers, meter status and current charges for the property.6

Neither rental offer gives complete water, electricity, heating or other service bills. Inspect the equipment and ask for recent bills from the actual home. Do not treat the advertised rent as including unpriced services.8,9

Office and outage contacts

CLEMiC's dedicated contact page gives Avenida San Martín 425, general phone 0800 444 7717 and an on-call WhatsApp at +54 9 3544 467232. Confirm the appropriate office or outage contact on that page before traveling or reporting a fault.2,3

For internet, send MAX.NET the exact address. Its fiber and wireless installations have different terms. Ask who holds the existing account and whether the owner permits the work.7,9

Questions people ask

Is a new connection the same as an account transfer?

No. CLEMiC publishes separate procedures. Ask what the existing home needs before ordering equipment, obtaining permissions or paying charges.

Can I use the lease as the only electricity document?

Do not assume that. The new-connection guide accepts a rental contract with certified signatures alongside other requirements. The transfer guide has its own property, authorization, municipal and guarantee conditions.

What if I do not have an Argentine DNI?

Ask the provider which alternative it accepts for your circumstances. CLEMiC's procedures request DNI and do not explain every newcomer document.

Who provides drinking water?

Cooperativa Aguas names Mina Clavero and Villa Cura Brochero as its service localities. Confirm the actual home's connection, account holder and charges with it.

How much will electricity and water cost each month?

A complete bill for your selected home is not confirmed. Ask for recent bills and explain your expected use, heating equipment and household size.
