CLEMiC member-plan conditions
The August 11, 2024 enrollment article lists US$7.93 (ARS 12,025) once, US$14.50 (ARS 22,000) monthly for the principal member and US$12.20 (ARS 18,500) per additional member. The service page repeats the monthly figures without an effective date. Request a current quote and written coverage. Dollar comparisons use the October 9, 2026 BCRA reference of US$1 to ARS 1,517, rounded to cents. Cash, card and bank exchange costs may differ.2,
That enrollment article requests DNI and a copy, household DNI copies and the applicable cohabitation or marriage document. It says the plan holder does not need the electricity account in their name. Ask about your identity papers, family eligibility, exclusions and specialist needs.3
The December 19, 2025 laboratory guide states up to 20 determinations annually with a monthly limit of 6 analyses. Ask which tests and counting rules apply to your care. The service page also advertises other consultations and benefits, but those should not be read as unlimited coverage for every treatment.2,

What happens if I fall behind on the plan payments?
