The same complex can have different bills

The one-bedroom cabin's US$79.10 (ARS 120,000) expenses include bottled gas. The two-bedroom cabin's US$65.92 (ARS 100,000) expenses do not. Both include water, Wi-Fi, cable and grounds maintenance. Electricity is separate for both.^3,9

The two-bedroom Ruta 38 apartment asks approximately US$85.70 (ARS 130,000) expenses including water and gas. The tenant must arrange an individual electricity meter. Ask who pays its installation and when it can be ready.⁷

Get the complete terms before paying

Five newer listings specify a one-year renewable lease, ICL adjustments every four months, a property guarantee and salary receipt. They ask for a month's deposit, the first month in advance and an agency fee of 5 percent of the total contract.^3,7,8,9,10
