Getting Around La Falda
Córdoba and Punilla journeys have dated bus and rail options. Check the actual stop, connection, ticket and return before making a daily plan.

The short answer
Sarmiento publishes a Punilla timetable and a separate Córdoba service. Tren de las Sierras lists La Falda on its Cosquín to Capilla section, with a connection at Cosquín for Córdoba. The rail fares have a different date from the timetable. Current urban bus arrangements and payable intercity tickets still need confirmation.
- The rail journey to Córdoba connects at Cosquín.
- The printed train timetable is dated September 7, 2026, its fares June 1, 2026.
- The municipal summer Lumasa circuit ended February 22, 2026.

Confirm the current local service
The municipal Lumasa decree covers a summer circuit from January 9 through February 22, 2026. It does not tell you which urban bus runs in October. Ask for the present route, stop, timetable, fare and payment method.11,
The context map shows roads and surroundings, with no current bus-route layer. Use access questions to check boarding and the route to the stop.9,
Test outward and return travel

- For rail, check both Cosquín sections and the connection.
- Confirm the last usable return and any school-day or weekend differences.

- Try the trip before choosing a home around it.
