Criscenti specifies a 24-month lease with quarterly ICL rent adjustments. Its agency and guarantee-check fees are separate. The Carlos seasonal offer is marked reserved, while the two Arias examples are inactive or rented. Contact the agencies about availability before arranging a viewing.^15,16,19,23

Arrange care and school before choosing the street

The June 2026 hospital announcement describes 24-hour urgent care, observation, laboratory services and X-ray facilities. GO Sanatorio Funes, at Route 9 and Galindo, describes daytime adult and pediatric urgent care. Ask each institution about the care and payment arrangements you need.^17,30

Cocoon lists its school at Route 9, number 4115. Ask about the place, fees, language and support for your child. Its published age groups are useful starting points, but the school's certification statements need clarification.^26,29

Museo Murray and dated local events

The municipality's March 2024 exhibition notice places Museo Murray at Tomás de la Torre and Pellegrini. Confirm its current hours and program. The winter 2026 Funesito excursion was seasonal. Ambientar is scheduled for November 27 through December 8, 2026, at Condominio Lumina in Morro de Funes. Check the event before arranging a visit.^{10,11,12,21,27,28}
