Income tax is a separate question

Argentina Income Tax Law 20,628, Article 1, taxes residents on Argentine and foreign income. Nonresidents generally face tax on Argentine-source income. A foreign employer or overseas client does not, by itself, answer your tax question.¹

Article 116 covers foreign individuals with permanent residence or twelve months of temporary migration authorizations. It makes tax residence effective from the beginning of the following month and includes a defined nonhabitual-reasons provision. Do not substitute a universal 183-day test.¹

Before a long stay, get advice for your income, work location, immigration category and any relevant treaty. The nomad grant should not be treated as a blanket tax exemption.¹

Make calls from the actual room

NEXT describes wireless broadband and a monthly subscription. It quotes a Wi-Fi router at US$25.05 (ARS 38,000), while full installation and monthly charges need a quote. Ask about coverage, upload, latency and support at the address.^7,8,15

Punto Digital offers public computer access outside classes, and MyPod describes guest facilities. Neither description confirms a coworking desk open to nonguests. Test your normal tools and arrange an alternative for interruptions.^12,14
