Family rentals and winter bills
The Irigoyen 1053 advertisement lists three bedrooms, 89 m², furniture and parking at US$725.12 (ARS 1,100,000) a month. It is marked unavailable, and its November 1 availability text has no year. Ask the agency for a current family option.1,
The two-bedroom Mitre 949 upper-floor advertisement asks US$448.25 (ARS 680,000) a month and lists 29 m². Confirm the measurements, sleeping rooms, stairs and shared space. It is the only selected ad marked available when viewed.1,
Request recent winter bills and inspect heating in every room the children will use. The selected ads do not include a complete monthly family budget. See rental details and utility charges.3,
Children's medical care
The DINO announcement lists pediatrics among Esquel hospital appointment specialties. Clínica Los Alerces also lists pediatrics. Contact the actual provider about registration, the required appointment, insurance and payment.5,
Chubut's foreign-patient law can require payment at provincial facilities for transitory or precaria status. It guarantees urgent and emergency treatment while permitting later cost recovery. Read the payment rules and contacts before assuming family care is free.22
School trips and local outings
Try the school journey from the proposed home. The municipality identifies urban lines 1, 2 and 3 and links e-Bus, but confirm current stops, departures and the child's fare.6,
La Zeta's municipal description includes woodland, birdwatching, trekking, kayaking and mountain biking. Ask about current paths, water conditions, equipment and the supervision your children need. The description is not an independent access or supervision assessment.8,

How should I choose the school location?
Confirm the child's actual campus before viewing nearby homes. FEE's own campus addresses differ from the national register. Visit the campus and try the school journey.
Will the two-bedroom Mitre apartment suit my family?
Inspect it first. The agency lists two bedrooms and 29 m² upstairs. Ask for confirmed measurements and check sleeping rooms, stairs, storage and space for everyday family use.
Where can I ask about pediatric care?
The DINO hospital announcement and Clínica Los Alerces both list pediatrics. Confirm the actual appointment, documents, coverage and payment with the provider.
Do young children pay the bus fare?
The ordinance exempts children under 4 and says people older than 4 pay. Exactly age 4 is unclear in that wording. Ask the operator about your child and the current fare.
What should I check before a La Zeta outing?
Ask about current paths, water conditions, equipment and supervision. The municipal description lists activities but is not an independent assessment for your child's needs.
