Check the account and the technical position
The cooperative's procedures page offers account self-service, billing, complaints and holder changes. Ask which documents apply to your tenancy and how existing debt is handled. Agree with the landlord who receives and pays each bill.1
Its feasibility procedure covers electricity, potable water and sewer networks for new subdivisions and housing developments. It requests technical and cadastral information. For a new or outlying home, ask the owner for the actual service position. A planned development does not prove an occupied, connected property.2

Distinguish a working gas supply from an application
Camuzzi's January 8, 2026 announcement says feasibility processing reopened on January 5 for Trevelin and other Cordillera towns. It describes a registered installer, the installation project, final inspection and then the meter request after approval. Ask about the actual property's stage and account.3
If the home already has network gas, inspect the meter and supplied heating with the owner. If it uses another fuel, obtain the equipment and delivery arrangements separately. Do not price the home as though a future gas connection already works.3
