Trevelin relocation guide

Rent in Trevelin

Get the currency, rental period and heating arrangement in writing. A listing amount alone is not a complete offer.

The short answer

The two selected active WYN homes are a one-bedroom cabin and a one-bedroom PH near Avenida San Martín. Their pages show 400,000 and 550,000 with a bare dollar sign. Neither names the currency or rent period. Treat them as homes to ask about. Confirm the complete lease and winter equipment before deciding which offer works for your household.

  • Currency and period need confirmation for the active offers.
  • Services included needs a written list. Ask about heating and internet.
  • Reserved and unavailable homes remain labeled. They are examples, not promised options.
  • Ask for occupied winter bills and test the supplied heaters.

Compare the included services carefully

The active one-bedroom PH advertises services included and a position 150 m from Avenida San Martín. The page does not define the included accounts, consumption limits, internet plan or heating fuel. Ask for each item in writing before comparing it with the cabin.2

Another WYN two-bedroom PH is marked rented. Its description says service charges are shared between pairs of units in a six-unit complex. That example shows why you should ask how shared bills are divided, who receives them and how occupancy changes the amount.5

View the home as a winter home

  1. Run the heating

Ask which rooms the supplied equipment heats and who pays for fuel and maintenance.

  2. Inspect the building

Check windows, drafts, damp, hot water and the drying space for wet clothes.

  3. Request actual bills

Ask for occupied winter and summer bills, with the number of residents and billing periods.

  4. Check access

Inspect the entrance, steps, vehicle space and how you will manage a wet or icy morning.

  5. Test your work setup

Confirm the provider, connection technology, upload speed and installation date.

De la Montaña's Avenida 25 de Mayo 141 duplex states 750,000 per month but names no currency and says unavailable. It advertises heaters, an individual patio and a shared vehicle entrance. Its dated availability sentence lacks a year. Use the current availability field and ask directly.4

Questions people ask

Are the selected active rents monthly?

The WYN pages do not state the rental period. Ask the agency for the monthly amount, named currency and full payment schedule.

Are the figures Argentine pesos?

The selected pages print a bare dollar sign without naming the currency. This guide keeps that unresolved and does not convert the amounts.

What does services included cover?

The active PH does not itemize them. Ask about electricity, water, heating fuel, internet, consumption limits and any shared charges.

Is the two-bedroom duplex available?

The De la Montaña page marks it unavailable. Its monthly amount and features remain a labeled example, not an available offer.

What matters most at a viewing?

Run the heating, inspect drafts and damp, request winter bills, check the entrance and test the actual internet connection.
