Laprida lease and income documents
The Iván Orozco advertisement was updated October 9, 2026. It states a 24-month contract and ICL adjustments every four months. It requests both sides of the tenant and guarantor DNI and pay stubs. Both must have more than two years of employment history. Tenant net income must be at least twice the rent, and guarantor net income at least three times the rent.1
The agency also lists guarantor assessment or surety insurance, plus credit assessment as a rental condition. Ask which route it accepts for you, how it treats foreign income and documents, and what the assessment costs. The listing does not confirm approval for a foreign applicant.1
Perez Olivera requirements and initial charges
Perez Olivera publishes general requirements for tenants and guarantors. They include income equal to three times the rent, supported by a pay stub, gross-receipts declaration, or the listed business and self-employed income documents. It also requests DNI, CUIT or CUIL, contact information and addresses. Confirm which documents apply to the furnished apartment and your circumstances.2
Its general initial charges include the first month, a deposit equal to the first month, a credit report, notarized signatures and a residential broker fee equal to one rent plus IVA. These do not supply a complete move-in total. Ask the agent for every amount, the property-specific term and the deposit-return conditions.2
The inspection and written lease
Before signing, review the written lease with the agent, including the term, rent adjustments, inventory, shared-facility fees and payment schedule. Check the garden, balcony, entrance, actual furniture inventory and working appliances. Ask which private bills and shared charges you must pay, and whether pets are permitted.1,
