IMAS reported on January 15, 2026 that it registered 69 users in Las Orquídeas after a survey. It described individual accounts where two or more homes shared a connection, and a connection charge in two successive bills. This describes that regularization, not a universal new-tenant charge.³

Its August 6, 2024 notice says overdue bills for the Iguazú and San Pedro units must be paid at commercial offices. It lists Victoria Aguirre 127 for Iguazú and calls for a payment agreement after two or more consecutive unpaid months. Confirm the current procedure and balance.¹

Water questions and current procedures

A June 16, 2022 IMAS announcement lists 3757 368901 for Iguazú information and complaints, including WhatsApp. Confirm that this older contact is still active. Ask which documents and account changes apply to the actual tenancy.²
