The short answer
The municipality says city buses accept contactless Visa and Mastercard, supported NFC devices, SUBE and QR. It says the fare is the same across those payment methods, while SUBE keeps applicable social-tariff benefits. This guide has not confirmed the current bus fare amount or a departure timetable for your route.
- Check the fare for your actual trip.
- Confirm both the outward and return service.
- Keep school travel rules separate.

Questions people ask
How can I check the current fare?
Ask the operator or municipal transport office for your route and passenger category. The February 2026 council article discusses proposed increases, so its amounts are not used as an approved tariff here.
Will any contactless card receive a social discount?
The municipal notice identifies the social-tariff benefit with physical or digital SUBE. Check your eligibility and activation before relying on a discount.
What does a secondary student need for the school pass?
The 2026 notice lists a completed pass with an updated photo, school validation, DNI and current enrollment certificate. Contact Education at Eneas and Martín Pescador about the current process.
