Alphaville has selected rental and workspace options, but its name crosses a municipal boundary. Bethaville offers another housing comparison. Keep Alphaville addresses precise

The city's historical description explicitly places Alphaville partly in Barueri and partly in Santana de Parnaíba. The St. Nicholas Alphaville campus is at Avenida Honório Álvares Penteado 5463 in Santana de Parnaíba. It is a regional school option, not a Barueri municipal school.13,14

Read Alphaville, rent and schools with the address. Do not assume that a residential name establishes eligibility, a catchment, fees or a particular commute.4,15

Inspect the everyday route

Try groceries, the clinic, work and the school return from the actual building. Walk the crossings and check the entrance after dark. Read getting around, healthcare, family life and safety together.9,16,17
