Resolve the two location questions
Gaivotas is described at Avenida Brasil on the corner of Rua 1801. Its location field instead says Avenida Brasil 300. Ask Marconatto to identify the building and entrance before transferring money.2
Salute 9629 uses Centro in its title and description, but Barra Sul in its location labels. Its Avenida Atlântica office address is the agent address, not the apartment address. Ask for the property address itself.1
Match the contract to the offer
Marconatto mentions caução or seguro-fiança in its narrative, while the guarantee selector lists other labels too. Ask which guarantee applies to this offer and what you must provide. An advertised option does not establish acceptance of foreign income or documents.2
For Salute 9692, espera para split means preparation for air conditioning. It does not establish that an air conditioner is installed. Agree the semifurnished inventory and installation responsibilities in writing.3
