Installation and contract questions
Gigared says new customers receive an installation benefit if they retain services for at least 12 months. Earlier cancellation can trigger the installation charge at the tariff in force when cancellation is requested. Ask for the exact calculation in your service order. Ask which service guarantees apply to your residential contract.2
Santa Fe Redes coverage
Santa Fe Redes lists 15, 20 and 30 Mbps plans with prices on inquiry. Its coverage list includes Nuevo Horizonte, Santa Rita 2, Acería, San Agustín 1 and 2, Santa Rosa, Alfonso, San Lorenzo and other named areas. Confirm your precise address, upload and written price; test performance at the home and ask which guarantees apply to your contract.4
